2020 has been quite a year so far! I have been taking advantage of quieter times to work on some projects, along with doing my best to stay healthy, positive and creative!

I've posted a few videos of solo pieces on my YouTube page and some online collaborations will be ready soon!

All guitar lessons were moved online before the lockdown was announced. Although it's not the same as in-person, I'm nonetheless impressed with how well video conferencing works for lessons, and how easily my students adapted.

In the autumn of 2015, Jeffrey crossed the Atlantic from Toronto to attend Leeds College of Music for his Masters in Jazz Performance and Composition. During and after finishing his Masters degree he has been performing in Leeds and around the UK with other members of the local jazz scene. He worked with Stuart McCallum, Mike Walker and Jamie Taylor as part of his studies.

In late 2018 he recorded with his trio at Valley Wood Studio in Leeds. Check out the video page for the video taken during the recording session.

The finished album is now available on all major streaming platforms

iTunes: https://apple.co/3dZLMt9

Jeffrey also recorded his original songs previously in 2016 and 2017; go to the audio page and the video page to check these out or the audio player on this page to listen to the full tracks.

As well as his own bands, Jeffrey also performs with Kabuki Wedding Band, Phil Lyons and his New Vintage Band, and is a founding member of Might As Well Be Swing and is part of the Jazz By Jeff & Becky  duo with vocalist Rebecca Frodsham.
